WHAT BOOK DO I READ NEXT!!!

So being a massive fan of the first book and the Christmas book, never mind the film!! I decided to give his second book ago!
This book links in with the first one really closely! At times I was thinking I’m sure I know this happens but I think because I watched the film not long ago I started noticed bits more easily!
I love these books but I defiantly suggest if you want to read this book and the first read them together… so no.1 first and then go straight onto no.2 it’ll make a lot more sense than having a little gap and trying to remember bits from the first book!
One thing I really liked about this book is James talked about some of the rumours that go around about him (things that myself people tell me when I tell them I love the book) and how they make him feel and why he feels they are said and most importantly puts these rumours right!
I decided to try and read this fictional vampire book after reading Matt Haig’s personal book about depression and anxiety.
I really like how Matt writes, this book is split onto section but each chapter is very short – which you find yourself reading really quickly through.
It was a very different vampire book to most, a family of vampire where half the family didn’t realise they were vampires, strange,…. but worked to well.
I really enjoyed reading this and I’m really excited to read his other book ‘The Humans’ – this looks different but I’ve come to like the way he writes and would love to read more from him… I suggest many should check out his both fictional and non- fictional books.
I find myself carrying a book where ever I am going… today me and my boyfriend decided to go to Black Rocks in Cromford, Matlock today (mainly for photographs) but it was nice to be able to spend a couple hours of just reading my book on the rocks!!!

So I bought this book a while ago, but only just got myself to read it. This is a non-fiction book about the writer Matt Haig going through his experience of depression and anexiety. I was really interested in this book as I have constantly heard good things about it, but myself knowing books and people just saying “oh you’ll get over it” or “it’ll pass” and many more I wasn’t really interested in reading another book like that! But this wasn’t anything like that!
I was really intrigued in how brutally honest Matt Haig is about the conditions and how he suffered and had to deal, everyone suffers and deals with depression and anexiety differently this book he talked about himself but also how it affects other people. In this I really liked how he talked about a few things to try when your for example having an anexiety attack, to try and ground yourself on your surroundings.
This books is defintatly helpful for people who suffer with anexiety or depression (or both) and even people who live with and have friends or family with anexiety and depression by reminding them things to say, ways to act, ways to stay calm yourself, because it is also hard and does effect people who also don’t suffer with it.
I suggest anyone should read this book, people who suffer with anexiety and depression, people who are wanting to know more about the conditions and people who have friends, family, partners with it, with help to understand and help!
